He has more than 40 years of experience in the industry. He is a co-author of 68 published works, including 8 monographs and references, 16 manuals and guidelines for conducting of exploration activities in Kazakhstan, co-author of 51 exploration reports, including 31 feasibility reports with reserves calculations.

He presented his report on the 32 International Geological Congress in Florence, Italy, 2004.

He is an honoured explorationist of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Certificate of the Committee of Geology and Subsoil Use of Kazakhstan No. 296 dated March 31, 2006).

He was a pioneer at the Sekissovskoye gold ore field (Certificate of the Committee of Geology and Subsoil Use of Kazakhstan – unnumbered dated March 29, 2007).

Expert of the State Commission for Mineral Reserves of Kazakhstan since 2007.

Competent person according to the JORC Code: exploration, reserves calculation, economic evaluation of deposits, supervising the following types of deposits: stratiform lead and zinc, pyrite base metals, gold ore, copper porphyrite, stockwork tin, iron-ore skarn, potassium salts (FAIG Certificate No.5912 dated July 17, 2014).

He is currently the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of GeoMineProject LLP (Almaty).

Kadyrzhan Kauldashev graduated from the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute in 1980 with the major Mining Engineer; he has a 35-year of work in the geological industry of Kazakhstan.

He is Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of Kazgeology National Geological Exploration Company.

Kadyrzhan directly manages establishment of production units, selects and implements economically feasible and effective high-tech exploration and prospecting methods with minimum unit costs, sufficient exploratory depth and high sensitivity to deep 3D items based on which discovery of new deposits of various types of minerals might be expected.

While working in geological industry in Kazakhstan, he happened to manage directly geological prospecting, exploration mining and drilling in the process of prospecting of several gold deposits in East Kazakhstan (Suzdalskoye, Dzherek, Mizek, Kostobe, Espe, Bolshevik, Bakyrchik) and iron-ore deposits in North Kazakhstan.

He participated in development of exploration programs, in preparing feasibility reports on design parameters and reserves calculation and making up business plans for gold, iron and base metal ore deposits in Kazakhstan.

He has experience in preparing technical and investment projects for performance of all types of prospecting and mining activities, design estimates thereto, and business plans.

Konstantin is a geologist having a 30-year work experience in search, prospecting, evaluation and development of solid mineral fields.

In 1985, he graduated from the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute, Geological Prospecting Department; he is a qualified Mining Engineering Geologist.

Before 1997, he used to be engaged in field search in South Kazakhstan.

Before 2000, he used to work as a geologist, a fieldwork manager at the field in North Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan for Cameco Gold, BHP Minerals. He was among the first who was engaged in implementation of special-purpose software such as Surpac, Micromine and JORC Code principles into production.
From 2000 to 2003 he worked as a geologist for Halliburton International Inc at the oil fields in Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.

After that and until now (for a private consulting company) he has been engaged in prospecting, geological and economic evaluation of deposits of gold, base metals, copper, nickel in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia, preparing feasibility reports and calculation of reserves. He participated in projects in cooperation with AMC, Hatch, Wardell Armstrong. He represented MICROMINE in Kazakhstan and was engaged in distribution, training and mainstreamification of MM software products and JORC Code provisions in the former CIS countries. He has prospecting experience at the oil fields in Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan. He knows Soviet and international geological reporting standards.

He currently runs consulting company Kazakhstan Mineral Company LLP; he is an expert of SCED and SRC of Kazakhstan, a Member of Australian Institute of Geoscientists since 2014.

Vladimir is a geologist, having almost 30-year experience in exploration, evaluation and development of gold ore, copper and base metal deposits.

Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists/ Member of The Geological Society of London.

He knows the Soviet and Western geological reporting standards.

In 1986, he graduated from the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute, Geological Prospecting Department; he is a qualified Mining Geological Engineer.

He worked on exploration and development of gold ore deposits in South Kazakhstan until 1995.

Then, he worked as a geologist, fieldwork manager at the fields of North Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan for Cameco Gold and affiliates in the two countries until 2000. He participated in the evaluation of Russian deposits for the company.

From 2000 to 2004, he was Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of Vassilkovskoye Zoloto, North Kazakhstan; he managed exploration, coordinated development of the bankable feasibility study.

After that, he worked on exploration, geological and economic evaluation of deposits of gold, base metals, copper, nickel in some countries until 2014 as a member of Kazakhstan Mineral Company LLP private consulting company.

He supervised deep horizon exploration, prospecting; he managed the Mining Planning Department (the Vassilkovskoye Field); worked as a chief geologist on exploration of the large gold mining company in North Kazakhstan (Kazakhaltyn/Polus Gold).
He currently manages exploration activities in North Kazakhstan (Kazzinc/Glencore).

General manager at SRK Consulting (Kazakhstan).

Prior to joining SRK in 2007, he spent 10 years working on mining operation in Russia, Kazakhstan. He specializes in strategic planning and the evaluation of mines, mine performance improvement management, and underground mine design, as well as the implementation of new technology. Nikolai has worked on such minerals as zinc, lead, tin, gold, uranium, and other. In SRK Nikolai has taken part in projects ranging from geological exploration to Scoping Study, Pre-Feasibility, Feasibility and commissioning of operations, Due Diligence, EIA. He was a Project Manager on several uranium projects of various levels in Russia and Kazakhstan. He took an active part in development of the reporting code for Kazakhstan at CRIRSCO. He also played a key role in establishment of the professional organization in Kazakhstan.

Igor has 18-year experience in fieldwork and consulting at mining enterprises in Kazakhstan, from preparation of contracts to planning exploration programs and production stage. Igor was the Chief Geologist for Alrani Mining Consultancy Ltd and the Geology Department Manager where he consulted mining companies specialized in nickel, copper, lead and zinc deposits, he prepared feasibility studies, reports with reserve estimates for the above minerals and for coal deposits for 4 years until 2013. As an expert of SRC of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Igor is qualified in reserve calculation and evaluation of mineral resource deposits, in particular based on geological block simulation and block simulation of resources in accordance with the reporting code of Kazakhstan. For the period from 2013 to 2015, Igor worked for SRK as the Senior Geologist and Field Program Manager in Namibia, he conducted search for and exploration of new deposits of rare metals.

Igor is currently the Director and owner of private consulting company Mineral Exploration Consultants providing a wide range of services for mining companies in the Republic of Kazakhstan for preparation of reports with reserves calculation and feasibility studies, arrangement of prospecting activities.

He is a co-author of examination and preparation of reports with calculation of reserves and development of feasibility study of design parameters for mineral raw materials of some gold and nonferrous metals deposits. He has a vast experience in administrative activities. While working for the Committee of Geology and Subsoil Use, he rose from an ordinary specialist to the Department Manager; he is a Member of the State Commission for Mineral Reserves (RK SRC) and then an independent epxert of RK SRC. He knows methods of evaluation and classification of soild mineral reserves currently applicable in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Excellence in mineral exploration of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Work experience in the geological industry for more than 30 years.
He conducted searches and exploration of numerous polymetallic deposits, deposits of indigenous and alluvial gold, coal and oil-shale, nonmetallic materials, within the Zyryanovsk ore mining district and other geological structures of the Rudny Altai.
The feasibility study and reserves of ore and metal for deposits of polymetallic ores, gold, copper, molybdenum, coal, nonmetallic minerals and technogenic mineral formations, and underground waters (more than 50 deposits) have been calculated and approved in the State Reserves Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan under his guidance and direct participation.
Also, with direct participation, the feasibility study and reserves for the gold ore deposits of Chukotka and Gorny Altai (Russian Federation) approved in the State Reserves Committee of the Russian Federation.

Berikbol graduated from V.I.Lening Kazakhstan Polytechnic University, major in Geology and Exploration of Mineral Deposits; he is a qualified Mining Geological Engineer.

From 2005 to 2007 he passed professional retraining at the Tomsk Polytechnic University in Oil and Gas Geology.

He is currently the Chief Geologist at Kazgeology National Prospecting Company.

Berikbol is an author and co-author of more than 80 articles published in different periodicals in Kazakhstan, CIS countries and globally, including two joint monographs on geology and environment of Central and North Kazakhstan and a teaching aid on General Geology in Kazakh.

He was awarded with a Certificate and an award pin First Discoverer of the Deposits in the Republic of Kazakhstan for discovering of iron ore deposits Togay 1 and Togay in 2001.

He was awarded with a letter of acknowledgement from the President of Kazakhstan dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Republic of Kazakhstan for good work and merits to the state; in 2002 he was awarded with a decoration and a certificate The Honoured Explorationist. Berikbol is an Acting Member of the International Informatization Academy and a Corresponding Member of the Academy of Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

As a member of delegation of Kazakhstan, he participated in the International Geological Congresses in Brazil (2000), Italy (2004), Norway (2008), Australia (2012).

By trade, Berikbol manages development of main lines of perspective and current development plans for exploration activities, selection of the method of geological activities, all types of geological search and exploration, ensuring performance of comprehensive examination of subsoil geologic structure; he also arranges implementation of rational innovative methods of search and exploration, cutting-edge achievements of geoscience and advanced practices. He pays much attention at preparation of the sites to attract investment to exploration.

Berikbol also took a personal part in development of exploration activities projects conducted both on a state-budgeted basis and funded by subsoil users, consideration of reports on completed works. More than 40 projects for exploration activities for different types of mineral resources were developed under his supervision for the period from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, he prepared projects for exploration activities funded by external investment for CORES (Korea) – Dussembay Site, ILUKA (Australia). He also suggested and got approval for prospective areas for joint activities with ULMUS (Germany), JOCMEC (Japan).

He won the National Branch Competition Gold Gefest in the category The Geologist of the Year on June 15, 2016 in Astana.

After graduation from the Kazakh State University (1997) he worked on the project of search for gold placer in North Kazakhstan. After that, he worked for the Geology Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan for more than 10 years. He is currently the Geology Department Manager at KAZGEOLOGY State Exploration Company where he works on pre-feasibility studies for ferrous metal deposits and in different geological search and exploration projects for gold and non-ferrous metals.
Pavel A. Nitsenko participated in development of CRIRSCO Kazakhstan Code 2014.

Pavel A. Nitsenko is a Candidate of Science in Geology and Mineralogy. He is an author of a series of publications about mineral resources.

Azamat Baitleuovich Dushekenov graduated from the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute, Geological Prospecting Department, in 1972. He worked as a Geologist, Hydrogeologist, Survey Field Party Manager, Chief Engineer; from 1984 to 1993, he was the Manager of the Aktyubinsk Hydrogeological Field Company. In 1994, he was assigned the President of Aktobe-Hydrogeology JSC; in 1998, he was assigned the General Director of Akpan LLP.
Awards and titles: listed on the Golden Book of Honour of the Kazakh SSR (1976), awarded with the medal For Merits in Exploration (1985), Exploration Expert badge, medal Yeren Enbegi Ushin (2005). Titles assigned: The Man of the Year of Aktyubinsk Region (2004) and the Honoured Explorationist (2009). The Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Kazakhstan recognized him as a winner in the category The Best Entrepreneur of the Year in Service Provision (2008).
In October 2012, the International Academy of Mineral Resources (IAMR) elected him as an Academy Member.
December 5, 2012, Azamat Dushekenov was awarded with Kurmet decoration by the Order of the President of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev.

In 1987, he graduated from the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute, Mining Department; he is a qualified Mining Engineer, major: Underground Development of Ore Deposits Engineering.

In 1993, he defended his Candidate’s thesis dedicated to ore extraction engineering by development system with ore and host rock caving. He is a co-author of 6 patents and about 10 publications dedicated to mining engineering.

He worked at the mines owned by Kazakhaltyn MMC JSC until 1998: he was a Chief Miner, Chief Engineer, Mine Manager, Engineering Department Manager.

Then, he was CEO of Vassilkovskoye Zoloto JV JSC in North Kazakhstan from 2002 to 2005.

He was the Deputy Director in Subsoil Use of Kazakhaltyn MMC JSC from 2010 to 2011.

In 2011, he worked as Acting Chairperson of the Management Board of Tauken Samruk NMC JSC for some time; then he was a member of the private consulting company working on exploration, geological and economic evaluation of deposits of gold, base metals, copper, nickel in some countries.

Since 2013 he has worked for a group of companies developing projects in coal, gold ore, rare metal industries in North Kazakhstan (Kazkomir MC LLP, Kazcuprum LLP, Turk Kazyna LLP).

In 1988, he graduated the Lenin Kazakh Polytechnic Institute (KazPTI) (Almaty), major Surveying, Searching and Prospecting Mineral Deposits, with a diploma awarded; he is a qualified Mining Geological Engineer.

From 1975 he was the Team Manager of the Central Geophysical Company of the South Kazakhstan Territorial Geological Survey.

From 1977 he was the Company Deputy Manager of Turgay Geological Company (Arkalyk). From 1986 he worked as the Deputy Manager of Kustanay Geological & Geophysical Company of Sevkazgeology association. From 1991 he worked as the Production Technical Department Manager of the North Kazakhstan Production Geological Association. From 1995 he was the President of Geobite JSC.

Since 2000 he has been the General Director of Geobite-Info LLP. Awarded with certificates and medals of the USSR and Republic of Kazakhstan, Commonwealth Star Decoration, and pins of First Discoverer of Mineral Deposit, Honoured Explorationist. He is the Honoured Geologist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Acting Corresponding Member of the International Academy of Mineral Resources, Member of the Academy of Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

O.Z. Ismailov is a Member of The Association of Production Geological Organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan Legal Entity Association, Member of GIS Association (Russia), Member and Permanent Participant of the CIS Intergovernmental Council for Subsoil Exploration, Use and Protection, Member of the Central Committee of the Trade Union of Geologists, Geodesists and Mappers.

Ruslan has worked as Mining Geologist and Exploration Geologist for more than 10 years. He has worked on many mining projects in CIS countries. He has been engaged in management and implementation of drilling programs, operational exploration, development and implementation of quality control systems in sample preparation and laboratory tests. Working for WAI since 2013, he has mainly worked on evaluation of mineral resources and other engineering researches, including preparation of sections for technical reviews, pre-feasability studies according to JORSb CIM and Competent Person’s reports for projects on meal production in Central Asia, Russia and Europe. Ruslan has excellent skills in using various software products, such as Micromine, Datamine and Surpac. He is a Member of The Geological Society of London (GSL).

In 1973, he graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute, Mining Engineer. From 1973 he worked as a mine foreman at Akbakay MC (Mining Company) of the South Kazakhstan Gold Ore Company of SKTGS (South Kazakhstan Territorial Geological Service). From 1974, he was the Mine Manager at Akbakay MC. From 1977, he was the Chief Engineer at Akbakay MC. From 1979, he was the Mining Party Manager of the South Kazakhstan Geological & Geophysical Party of Yuzhkazgeologiya PGA. From 1996 to 2012, he was the Director of Iskander MC LLP. Since 2012 he has been the Chairperson of the Management Board of Iskander MC LLP.
