Kadyrzhan Kauldashev graduated from the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute in 1980 as a mining engineer and has 35 years of experience in the geological industry of Kazakhstan.

He works as Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Geological Exploration Company "Kazgeologiya".

Kadyrzhan directly directs the creation of a production unit with the selection and implementation of economically feasible and effective high-tech prospecting and exploration methods with the lowest possible unit costs, sufficient depth of exploration and high sensitivity to deep 3-D objects, on the basis of which one can expect the discovery of new deposits of various types of minerals.

While working in the geological industry of Kazakhstan, he directly supervised geological exploration, mining and drilling operations during the exploration of several gold deposits in Eastern Kazakhstan (Suzdal, Jerek, Mizek, Kostobe, Espe, Bolshevik, Bakyrchik) and iron ore deposits in Northern Kazakhstan.

Participated in the development of exploration projects, in the preparation of feasibility studies of industrial conditions and calculation of reserves and business plans for deposits of gold, iron and polymetallic ores of Kazakhstan.

He has experience in drawing up technical and investment projects for all types of exploration and mining operations, as well as design and estimate documentation for them and business plans.

2003- to the present date Chairman of the Board of Directors, Director of the Engineering-consulting group of the “Dva Key” company.

Over the last 12 years of successful work, the “Dva Key” company has won stable and significant positions in the consulting, engineering and geological services market, by rendering the full range of services in subsurface management, being guided by medium-sized and large companies for which objective, independent, accurate and high-demand information is the main factor. Since 2011, the “Dva Key” company is the member of the Association of Mining and Metallurgical Enterprises. From 2010, I was the member of the Central Committee for Exploration and development under the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the RK. The highly professional staff under my guidance and with my direct involvement was formed in the “Dva Key” company, and the company employs three discoverers of different deposits, holders of the USSR state award, candidates doctors of science, acting experts of GKZ and Central committee for exploration and development. For the last period the “Dva Key” LLP had performed about 450 different works at more than 130 deposits of solid minerals, including 56 exploration and production projects, 5 reserve estimation reports, about 70 feasibility reports, including conditions feasibility study and reserve estimation report on two unique objects, over than 100 EIA projects, more than 300 interim geological reports, technical and ecological audits, contracts on subsurface management and supplements to them. Works were carried out for different minerals as uranium, coal, copper, iron, gold, polymetals, other metals, including rare, rare-earth and precious, and also for phosphorites, salts, other nonmetallic raw materials. Upon the results of estimation project of the section No.3 of the Inkay deposit prepared by our company, the unique uranium deposit was estimated, and in 2014 our company defended the reserve estimation report upon it, having carried out growth of uranium reserves of the Republic of Kazakhstan for more than 10%. Also in 2014, 2 reserve estimation reports for Bozshakol and Kuludzhun deposits were prepared and defended.

In 2015, the “Dva Key” company has prepared the conditions feasibility study and estimation of reserves for the Tortkuduk section of the Moinkum deposit. From 2013 and to the present time the “Dva Key” company carries out geological prospecting work on the Tuyuk Temirlik ore field and Gagarinsk deposit. Nowadays among our clients there are companies as NC Tau-Ken Samruk JSC, NAC Kazatomprom JSC, KORES, JV Katco LLP, JV Akbastau JSC, Baiken-U LLP, JV Betpak-Dala JSC, Kazakhmys LLP; Kazzinc LLP, Kyzylkum LLP, Appak LLP, Voshod-Oriel LLP, Karatau LLP, JV Inkay LLP, Ore mining company Bayzhasar LLP, Tau-Ken Mining LLP, NC SEC Esil JSC, NC SEC Ertis JSC, NC SEC Taraz JSC, SEC Tobol JSC, NC SEC Soltustik JSC, NC SEC Pavlodar JSC and others.

Now in the “Dva Key” company there are more than 100 employees and besides engineering-consulting activity, the company carries out geological prospecting works for the NC Tau-Ken Samruk on 4 subsurface management sites on the South of Kazakhstan. The company employs 5 independent experts of the Central committee for exploration and development under the Ministry of investment and development of the RK and Ministry of Energy of the RK, 2 candidates of science, state award holder, the competent person on the international system of reserves, experts who headed the systematic mining enterprises for phosphorites, gold, uranium, copper, polymetals, etc.

Konstantin is a geologist with 30 years of experience in prospecting, exploration, evaluation and development of solid mineral deposits.

In 1985 he graduated from the geological exploration faculty of the Kazakh Polytechnic University, has the qualification of a mining engineer-geologist.

Until 1997, he worked in the search for deposits in Southern Kazakhstan.

Then, until 2000, he worked as a geologist, field manager at the fields of Northern Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan in Cameco Gold, BHP Minerals.

He was one of the first who was engaged in the introduction of specialized software such as Surpac, Micromine and the principles of the JORC code into production.

In the period 2000-2003, he worked as a geologist for Halliburton International Inc in the oil fields of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.

After that, and to this day, as part of a private consulting company, he is engaged in exploration, geological and economic assessment of gold, polymetals, copper, nickel deposits in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia, compiling feasibility reports and calculating reserves.

Participated in the work on projects together with such companies as AMC, Hatch, Wardell Armstrong.

He was a representative of MICROMINE in Kazakhstan and was engaged in the distribution, training and popularization of MM software products and the provisions of the JORC Code in the former CIS countries.

He has experience in the exploration of oil fields in Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.

Owns the standards of geological reporting of the former Soviet Union and Western standards.

Currently, he is one of the heads of the consulting company "Kazakhstan Mineral Company" LLP (Kazakhstan Mineral Company), an expert of the Central Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan and GKZ of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists since 2014.

Vladimir is a geologist with almost 30 years of experience in exploration, evaluation and development of gold, copper and polymetallic deposits.

Owns the standards of geological reporting of the former Soviet Union and Western standards.

In 1986 he graduated from the geological exploration faculty of the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute in 1986, has the qualification of a mining engineer-geologist.

Until 1995, he worked on the exploration and development of gold deposits in Southern Kazakhstan.

Further, until 2000, he worked as a geologist, field manager at the gold deposits of Northern Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan in Cameco Gold and its joint ventures in these countries. Participated in the evaluation of Russian deposits for the company.

In the period 2000 – 2004, he was Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Vasilkovskoye Gold Company, northern Kazakhstan, led geological exploration, coordinated the development of a bank feasibility study.

After, until 2014 as part of a private consulting company Kazakhstan Mineral Company LLP was engaged in exploration, geological and economic evaluation of gold, polymetals, copper, nickel deposits in a number of countries.

He led the exploration of deep horizons, prospecting, headed the mining planning department (Vasilkovskoye field), worked as the chief geologist for the exploration of a large gold mining enterprise in Northern Kazakhstan (Kazakhaltyn/Pole Gold).

Currently, he is the head of geological exploration in Northern Kazakhstan (Kazzinc/Glencore).

Prior to joining KAZ Minerals, he worked for 10 years in a large international mining consulting company.

He worked at mining enterprises in Russia and Kazakhstan.

He specialized in strategic planning and evaluation of mining enterprises, management of mine productivity improvement and design of underground mining operations, as well as the introduction of new technologies in mining.

He worked with minerals such as zinc, lead, copper, tin, gold, uranium, bauxite and others.

Participated in projects from exploration Scoping Study, Pre-Feasibility Study, Feasibility Study, as well as at the stage of commissioning and Due Diligence.

He has managed several uranium projects in Russia and Kazakhstan.

He worked on projects in eastern and southern Africa and Mongolia.

Initiated and organized the Kazakhstan Mountain Club in 2011.

Since 2014, active participation in the development of the Kazakhstan Code of Public Reporting on Mineral Resources and Reserves (KAZRC) based on the standards of the international Committee CRIRSCO.

He is one of the initiators of the creation of the Professional Association of Independent Experts of the Subsoil of Kazakhstan (PONEN).

Nikolay has represented Kazakhstan in the CRIRSCO committee since 2016.

He took an active part in organizing the MINEX conference in Central Asia. In 2016-2017, he headed the technical committee of this conference.

Candidate of Sciences, Member of the Australian Institute of Geophysicists, graduated with honors from the Kazakh State Technical University named after Kanysh Satpayev with a degree in Mining and Geology.

Igor has 18 years of experience in both field and consulting work at mining facilities in Kazakhstan, from the preparation of contracts to the planning of exploration programs and to the production stage.

Prior to 2013, for 4 years Igor was the Chief Geologist of Alrani Mining Consultancy Ltd, heading the Department of Geology and advising mining companies working on nickel, copper, lead and zinc deposits, and was the author of feasibility studies, reports with the calculation of reserves for these minerals, as well as for coal deposits.

As an expert of the GKZ of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Igor is competent in the calculation of reserves and economic assessment of mineral deposits, especially on the basis of geological block modeling and block modeling of resources in accordance with the Reporting Code of Kazakhstan.

During 2013-2015, Igor worked in the SRC as a Senior geologist and head of Field Programs in Namibia, led the search and exploration of new deposits of rare metals.

Currently, Igor is the Director and owner of the private consulting company “Mineral Exploration Consultants”, which provides a wide range of services to mining companies of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the development of reports with the calculation of reserves and feasibility studies, the organization of geological exploration.

Asan Daraev is a graduate of the Kazakh National Technical University, has more than 18 years of experience in the industry.

He is a co-author of the study and preparation of reports with the calculation of reserves and the development of a feasibility study of the parameters of conditions for mineral raw materials of a number of gold and non-ferrous metal deposits.

Has extensive experience in administrative work. Working in the Committee of Geology and Subsoil Use, he rose from a simple specialist to the head of the Department, was a member of the State Commission on Mineral Reserves of the Republic of Kazakhstan (SCP RK), and later – an independent expert of the SCP RK.

Owns methods of assessment and classification of reserves of solid minerals, currently operating on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Geologist, Candidate of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences, has 42 years of experience in the industry. In 1980 he graduated from Moscow State University, is a co-author of 37 published works, including one monograph, honorary prospector of the subsoil of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Until 1998, he was engaged in the search and exploration of pyrite-polymetallic deposits of the Ore Altai (including Maleevsky, Grekhovsky). Then he worked in the territorial administration of Vostkaznedra as deputy head of the Department for the study of the mineral resource base. Carried out methodical management of geological exploration works at the expense of the state budget, including additional exploration of Nikolaevsky, Ridder-Sokolny and Grekhovsky pyrite-polymetallic deposits. From 2008 to 2014, he worked as the chief geologist of the Mining Production Department of Kazzinc LLP. He supervised the additional exploration of the flanks and deep horizons of the exploited deposits, was engaged in the geological and economic assessment of a number of polymetal and gold deposits. In 2014-2016, as Deputy Associate Director of CAMP-VOSTOK LLP, he led the search and exploration of gold deposits in East Kazakhstan. From 2016 to the present day, he has been the chief geologist of the Mining Production Department of Kazzinc LLP. He supervised the work on revaluation of reserves of exploited deposits, coordinated the work on the assessment of mineral resources of the company's deposits.

A report on the mineral resources of the deposit has been prepared in the JORC format. 2010 – CEO of Jany Jyldyz Gold Limited (Kyrgyzstan). The search for gold and antimony deposits on five license areas.
