KAZRC REPORTS ARE PUBLIC REPORTS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE KAZRC CODE FOR THE PURPOSE OF INFORMING GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES, STOCK EXCHANGES, BANKS, PRIVATE INVESTORS OR POTENTIAL INVESTORS AND THEIR ADVISERS:

- ABOUT THE RESULTS OF GEOLOGICAL EXPLORATION WORKS
- ABOUT ASSESSMENT OF MINERAL RESOURCES (MR),
- ABOUT THE ASSESSMENT OF MINERAL RESERVES (MR), FOR A SPECIFIC AREA (OR OBJECT).
KAZRC reports are compiled by Competent Persons (CPs), members of PONEN (or members of the RPO). Professional and ethical requirements for CLs are set out in the relevant sections of the KAZRC Code, the Charter, the Code of Ethics and other PONEN documents.

In order to ensure good reporting practices in accordance with the KAZRC Code and improve the quality and reliability of the reports of Competent Persons, the Regulations on checking reports prepared by Competent Persons in accordance with KAZRC standards for compliance with the KAZRC Code were approved.

KAZRC reports are reviewed by the Readers Group under the PONEN Executive Committee, which involves specialists with experience in international standards who are members of PONEN or RPO.

How to send a report to a reader for review

Step 1

Fill out the application

1.1. After submitting the application, the IKPONEN Commission for the Preparation of KAZRC Reports will determine the reader.

1.2. Within 2-3 days, the PONEN Secretariat will send a letter with the reader’s contact information to the e-mail specified in the Application. The reader will be notified that he is assigned to check the report, all that remains for you agree on an agreement to check the report.

Sign an agreement with the reader

2.1 Download the contract template (attach a link to download the file)

2.3 Fill out the contract and send it to the reader for approval by e-mail
2.4 Receive a signed contract from the reader

Step 3

Send the report to the reader for verification

3.1 Send the text of the report in electronic form to the e-mail reader, graphic applications (if available)
3.2  Prepare the testing database, wireframes, models for shipment (at the request of the reader)

Step 4

Get a working version of the reader's Conclusion

4.1 The Reader will send you a working version of the Conclusion, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the verification report.
4.2 You can make changes to the report according to the reader's recommendations, or challenge the proposed comments in a discussion with the reader by phone or online.
4.3 Reflect all changes made to the report, as well as comments on the reader's issues, in the act of making changes (attach a link to download the act template) and send the amended report and act to the reader.

4.1 The Reader will send you a working version of the Conclusion, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the verification report.

5.3. In case of a negative conclusion from the reader, you can contact the commission for the preparation of reports (e-mail of the head: v.danilov@oext.pro ) to discuss the reader's conclusion or to the Ethics and Complaints Commission (e-mail: ethics@ponen.kz )

Send the report for registration to the Committee of Geology and for storage to the NHS funds and territorial funds

6.2 After receiving a letter from the Committee of Geology on the registration of resources / reserves, send a postal report in paper and electronic (on disk) form for storage in the NHS and territorial funds (specify the conditions for receiving reports in the office of funds).Follow the link below to see the websites of the NHS and interregional departments:
